I take pride in my commitment to the environment. I never harvest live native trees. Every exquisite piece of Koa, Milo, or ʻŌhiʻa is sourced from naturally fallen timber or salvaged logs, preserving nature one tree at a time.

Nestled in a working homestead, my workshop harmoniously integrates native hardwood plantings with orchards and food plantings. 
This agro-forestry approach ensures that every vessel leaving the farm helps to plant a new legacy in the soil, contributing to a sustainable future and lifestyle.

With each turning, I love the process of wood selection,-size, shape, species. This is where the possibilities starts. And with every start is a welcoming surprise. Every log is like a box of chocolates, You don’t  know what’s in there until its opened.  The anticipation is mesmerizing as the sculpture takes shape, a dialogue between my tools and gifts from nature, resulting in a truly one-of-a-kind works of art.
